Six Hardcore Punk Releases You Need, Including Fried Egg, Long Knife and Fit for Abuse
Portland, Ore.'s Long Knife, the world's greatest band to worship at the altar of Poison Idea, return with a new drummer in tow (Keith Testerman of Warcry, Lebenden Toten, Hellshock and more) and a new EP, just in time for them to close up a string of dates with Japanese hardcore favorites AI. The Fit for Abuse releases compile material from the band's original run, including a cover of the Abused's "You're a Rebel" culled from the band's Mindless Violence sessions, and an EP that was long buried featuring "Psycho" Ray on vocals.
