Code Orange Keep ‘Bleeding in the Blur’ of Genres

The beauty in Code Orange's upcoming Forever isn't how über-heavy all the breakdowns are or how "pretty" anything is. What the band succeeds at is crafting an overall mood that lends itself to a plethora of different sounds, as you can hear from the song they dropped today, "Bleeding in the Blur." Unlike the assault of the previously released "Forever" and "Kill the Creator," the band puts together a brooding, bizarre rock track. Reba Meyers takes center stage on the mic, her voice stronger and more confident than ever, perfectly complementing Jami Morgan's venom.
