The ‘Westworld’ Soundtrack Is Now Streaming
It's kind of hard to talk to a friend and not hear about Westworld. A year ago, you probably wouldn't have expected to be head over heels about a show whose original 88-minute adaptation was cheesy as hell, but here we are! In addition to a great, mysterious story, the HBO series has also been host to a beautiful and powerful soundtrack, which was just released today. The score was composed by Ramin Djawadi, whose other work includes scoring Game of Thrones, Warcraft, and a myriad of other killer movies and television programs. His strange, moving score for Westworld includes covers of "Black Hole Sun" and "Paint It Black," as well as originals that range from mysterious to sinister to hopeful. It's been a year of killer soundtracks, and Westworld's is among the most memorable.
