Sit Back, Relax and Let Mutoid Man ‘Melt Your Mind’

Mutoid Man are back with War Moans, the follow-up to 2015's Bleeder LP. Due in June, trio's latest full-length was recorded in the basement of acclaimed Brooklyn venue Saint Vitus, and is set to feature a number of special guests, including Chelsea Wolfe, former Megadeth guitarist Marty Friedman and guitarist Stephen Brodsky's Cave In compatriot Adam McGrath. Be sure to cover the kids' ears when it does drop: Brodsky calls War Moans the band's most "perverted" record to date. (Here's a little bit from "Date With the Devil": "Came inside of Satan’s daughter / Nine months later, who’s the father?”) Scandalous! Lyrically speaking, new single "Melt Your Mind" isn't quite so X-rated as the aforementioned ditty, but it's dirty nonetheless, bolstered by arcane, mucky riffs.
