It's safe to say that Joyce Manor rule, and even safer to say that upcoming record Cody will be pretty sweet. Today, the Torrance, Calif., outfit has dropped a new track, "Last You Heard of Me." It shows off what the group has been working on since their last bout, 2014 LP Never Hungover Again. It's JM's longest song released to date, and features an unprecedented level of tension. Singer Barry Johnson belts out enough mood and emotion to rival any of Joyce Manor's output, but his voice sounds better than ever, hanging over the track and providing ample texture. Cody should be a sight to see; it looks like it'll show the punk outfit throwing even more of themselves into their music.
