Circus Devils have been making music that employs an incredibly broad spectrum of sounds since 2001. The trio is set to release their final album, Laughs Last, on February 24, and today they're premiering new song, "Crucified by the British Press." It shows off the band's sense of humor, as frontman Robert Pollard (Guided by Voices) describes their ascendance to popularity, rattling off all the words that have been used to describe their music, and recounting how they get taken down by the British press. It's funny as hell, something we wouldn't normally expect from a band on their final release, but ultimately an all-the-more-fitting middle finger out the door.

Pre-order the album from Rockathon Records.
