Blanck Mass Will ‘Please’ You With Dark Electronic Grooves

Blanck Mass, the solo project of Fuck Buttons' Benjamin John Power, has been responsible for some of the past six years' most forward-thinking electronic music. Today, he's announced the project's newest record, World Eater, and the record's first single, "Please." In seven minutes, Power pulls together a combination of samples and acidic electronic bits. The synth pings reverberate and hang in the air, alongside samples of a woman yelling, fighting against the music. A thick bass line kicks in, giving the song a sinister bite akin to the album's cover.
