‘This Year’ Beach Fossils Are Going to Sell Themselves

Beach Fossils earn their keep with driving, fun indie music that can turn any shitty day around. This summer, the band is releasing their new album, Somersault, hopefully a cool wave to protect you from the heat, and they just unveiled the new video for leadoff single "This Year." The clip shows the band cruising around the city, carrying a big sign advertising their moniker and album. It's not only full of the summery, optimistic guitar work the band is known for, but the overt self-advertisement is good for a laugh.

Somersault is out June 2 via Bayonet.
