Get Drunk on the Kaleidoscopic Visions of the Spirit of the Beehive
Philadelphia-based outfit the Spirit of the Beehive cook your ears with weird, abstract psychedelic rock. The band dropped their third LP, Pleasure Suck, earlier this year, and today they're premiering a new video combining "Pianos, Heavy Instrument" and "Snow on the Moon." It's a solid choice, as both songs combine seamlessly, spotlighting a level of progression in the music. Visually, you're treated to something that feels a lot like being drunk and only able to see out of a kaleidoscope. But in a nice way, as shots of the beach and nature melt along to the music, providing a scenic and cool trip for weirdos.
