Remixes can be boring when they fail to expand on a song's original ideas, instead turning a track into filler in its basest sense. However, A.G. Cook, founder of experimental electronic collective PC Music, knows how to push the form, benefiting everyone involved. Today, he released a remix of Oneohtrix Point Never's "Sticky Drama," a track that defined the electronic artist's 2015 LP, Garden of Delete. Cook's remix reinterprets the samples from the original song, distorting them even further into a strange mess, resulting in a take that is both grotesque and beautiful — as it should be.
