Japandroids’ ‘Near to the Wild Heart of Life’ Is Now Streaming

It seems like it's been a long time coming, but you can finally listen to the new record from Japandroids. We'd already heard some of the record's best cuts, like "No Known Drink or Drug," and the title track, but now all the pieces have fallen into place. Songs like "North East South West" slow the pace, allowing Japandroids to create something huge, while "I'm Sorry (for Not Finding You Sooner)" finds the band bathing in static, a crazy and noisy work exemplifying their ability to differentiate every song.
