Frankie Cosmos Takes a Dip in Krill’s ‘Fresh Pond’

A little over six months after sharing her Next Thing LP, Greta Kline has resurfaced with her latest project as Frankie Cosmos: a seven-track covers cassette, appropriately titled — wait for it — Covers. Bayonet will release the limited-edition tape on November 13, in conjunction with Cosmos' headlining set at New York's Webster Hall that evening. As of right now, the homecoming gig will be the only avenue by which fans can snag the tape.

In anticipation of the upcoming cassette, Cosmos has shared one of the seven covers: a take on Krill's "Fresh Pond." (On a related note, R.I.P. Krill.) Listen below, and scroll down for the artwork and track list, plus tour dates and Krill's original version of "Fresh Pond."
