Foxygen Recruit 34-Person Orchestra for New Song ‘America’

Foxygen have returned with their first new song in over a year, and this time around, they're packing one big-ass band. "America," which follows 2015's "24 Hour Lover Man," finds Sam France and Jonathan Rado teaming up with a 34-piece orchestra to stage a sweeping, Neil Young-esque pastoral — or, as the press release puts it, a "celebration of death and nothing." Could a follow-up to 2014's ...And Star Power be on the horizon? We'll just have to wait and see — for now, listen to the song, and enjoy the party.
