Datenight Watch a Shopping Cart Burn in ‘It Goes Around’

Music videos don't always need to be enormous affairs to get the feeling of a song across. Nashville's Datenight accomplish that just fine in their new Andrew Gibson-helmed video for "It Goes Around." The clip features a band leaning on a brick wall, just hanging out and not worrying too much. The song strikes a similar tone — the trio plays the kind of punk that takes its time, only strumming loudly when it wants to. All the while, a double-decker shopping cart burns, the longhair guy on the right looking increasingly uncomfortable with what's happening. A good time to be had for all. Check out the song on Datenight's second Drop Medium EP, Datenight Does Dallas, due April 28.
