In just three years of existence, Richmond, Va. outfit City of Caterpillar made a bigger impact on post-hardcore than most bands do in their entire career. For a lot of younger people, the opportunity to actually experience them live never arose due to their 2003 break-up. Their self-titled record was seven tracks of fury and feeling, one of the genre's most complex records to date. But now you have a chance to see City of Caterpillar live in a series of reunion shows. The lineup will feature Brandon Evans, Kevin Longendyke, Jeff Kane and Ryan Parrish. They'll be playing four upcoming East Coast dates in January (and we'll be presenting their Saint Vitus show):
