Strand of Oaks Remember Better Times With ‘Radio Kids’

Strand of Oaks play some pretty sweet and loud rock music. Since 2009 album Leave Ruin, project head Timothy Showalter has been writing music that touches on pretty much every aspect of the genre. Today he dropped a new single, "Radio Kids," off of upcoming record Hard Love. The track is all about getting down on yourself and turning to past memories of playing music for the first time, hearing your own voice, and the enticing and beautiful simplicity of it all. It's washed out in fuzz and hard riffs, a stunner of an opening salvo that will warm you up wherever you want to be.
