Portland, Ore.'s Long Knife, the world's greatest band to worship at the altar of Poison Idea, return with a new drummer in tow (Keith Testerman of Warcry, Lebenden Toten, Hellshock and more) and a new EP, just in time for them to close up a string of dates with Japanese hardcore favorites AI. Sewers of Babylon is streaming below and available via Beach Impediment Records. Check out a recent live video of the band, as well as their aforementioned touring partners.

In addition to the new Long Knife EP, make sure you don't miss the new EP from Fried Egg, also out now via Beach Impediment. Back & Forth is the latest from the new Virginia hardcore act, and features the band ripping through four new tracks with an intensity that they match on the live stage. Check it out below.

And last but certainly not least, Fit for Abuse have a pair of new releases on Painkiller, which is also welcoming a new effort from Aggression Pact (members of Wasted Time, No Tolerance, Green Beret, etc.) AND a new EP from Udusic. The Fit for Abuse releases compile material from the band's original run, including a cover of the Abused's "You're a Rebel" culled from the band's Mindless Violence sessions, and an EP that was long buried featuring "Psycho" Ray on vocals. Get all of it via Painkiller, or stream the digital below.
