Fievel Has Nothing on Passion Pit’s ‘Somewhere Up There’

Recently, Passion Pit frontman Michael Angelakos launched a new company, the Wishart Group. According to Pitchfork, it's an artist advocacy group that seeks to offer support to musicians by way of education, healthcare and legal means, with a primary focus on a mental health program. In addition, Angelakos has also been putting out new Passion Pit tunes, like the new track "Somewhere Up There." It's pretty classic Passion Pit, synths whirring off of each other while his voice ticks up to an extremely high register. The song glitches out into something amorphous, which will probably result in new sounds for his live show.
