Philadelphia experimentalist Camae Ayewa dazzled the world last fall with Fetish Bones, her inaugural release as Moor Mother. (Do check out the record if you haven't already — it's a glorious maelstrom of power electronics, spoken word and Afrofuturist thought.) Today, she's shared an appropriately haunting visual for "Parallel Nightmares," one of the standouts from September's LP. Directed by Bob Sweeney and the artist herself, the video whisks the viewer away to a desolate, snow-covered forest for an up-close encounter with the Mother that grows more ominous by the second, culminating in a deep dive into the darkness. Spooky! Watch below.

Fetish Bones is out now on Don Giovanni. Get it here.
