Japandroids Have Taken ‘No Known Drink or Drug’

It's good to have Japandroids back, right? Last November, the band dropped "Near to the Wild Heart of Life," the title track to their new album, which not only displayed a renewed vigor via an expanded set of tools, but reignited our love for the Vancouver duo. Today, they've delivered "No Known Drink or Drug," a new track from the upcoming album. The song features a load of build-up, the band taking their time and letting the excitement bubble under the surface, until a really wonderful, exuberant release in the latter half. It shows just how adept Japandroids are at tapping into absolute beauty and pleasure.
