Later this spring, Indiana dream-pop outfit Hoops will release their debut album, Routines. The LP is shaping up to be a slice of shoegaze heaven, as evidenced by the previously shared lead single "Rules." "On Top," the latest taste of the record (due May 5 via Fat Possum), emboldens that sketch even further. It's a lithe, lush composition, swimming in reverb-soaked guitar tones and ethereal, striated harmonies. The track is accompanied by a public access TV-inspired visual from Jake Huber. Check out the nostalgic revelry below, and scroll down for Hoops' upcoming tour dates.

Hoops' Routines is out May 5 via Fat Possum. Pre-order here.
