Bölzer are pretty fucking sweet. Since 2008, the Swiss metal band has been lighting up eardrums around the world with neck-breaking riffs and total dedication to delivering the crunchiest metal possible. Today, they've dropped a new song, "Spiritual Athleticism," from forthcoming Iron Bonehead debut LP Hero. It's nearly six minutes of rigid licks, the soundtrack for punching a house down. Guitars chug and churn together into super loud and aggro riffs; these guys are totally fixated on writing forward-moving tracks. The crushing metallics eventually lighten up, and the song exhibits some spots of brightness and hope before thrusting you back into the depths. It's a harsh move, but extremely invigorating all the same.

Listen to "Spiritual Athleticism" now.
